Asia Football Group (AFG) is the exclusive commercial agency for the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), managing the commercial rights of top-tier Asian football competitions from 2023 to 2028. AFG is currently seeking a Marketing Intern to support their team in Dubai. This is a valuable opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual who wishes to gain hands-on experience in sports marketing, branding, social media, and project management.

This internship is perfect for recent graduates or university students aiming to pursue a career in sports or entertainment marketing, particularly in football. You’ll contribute to real-world campaigns for the biggest football competitions in Asia, such as the AFC Asian Cup™, AFC Champions League™, and AFC Women’s Asian Cup™.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Admin Support:

• Assist with creative production coordination, signage artwork, and branding assets

• Help maintain schedules, calendars, and timelines

• Support general admin tasks and assist in press releases, translations, and content updates

Social Media:

• Learn to create and plan content calendars and campaign storyboards

• Schedule and monitor posts on various platforms

• Contribute to campaign ideation and activation planning

Photography / Videography:

• Retrieve photos and footage using the internal asset management system

• Support the briefing and coordination of photography/videography vendors

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field

• Passion for football or sports is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus
