As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will interact with AI systems in both Arabic and English, evaluating their performance, writing prompts and responses, and ensuring high linguistic and factual accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct conversations with AI chatbots in both Arabic and English

• Write new, high-quality conversational prompts and replies

• Evaluate and compare AI model responses for accuracy and fluency

• Research and fact-check information used in AI training

• Work independently and select projects that match your interests

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Arabic and English

• Strong grammar, writing, and communication skills in both languages

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)

• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking

• Research experience and the ability to fact-check AI-generated content

• Comfortable using digital tools and working independently
