Located in the heart of Dubai, IBIS One Central is now hiring a dedicated and customer-focused F&B Attendant (Waiter/Waitress) to join its energetic team and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

About the Role:
The F&B Attendant is responsible for ensuring a smooth dining experience for all guests by delivering prompt and professional food and beverage service. This role involves operating POS systems, handling payments, assisting with events, maintaining cleanliness, upselling menu items, and collaborating across departments to provide a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner

• Take and relay food and beverage orders to kitchen or bar

• Ensure timely delivery of accurate orders

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

• Upsell food and beverage specials

• Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions

• Assist in inventory control and restocking

• Participate in team meetings, briefings, and training sessions

• Help organize and deliver special events or exhibitions

• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and grooming standards

• Provide feedback on menu offerings and customer preferences

• Support new staff training and development

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen, front desk, and housekeeping teams

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced settings

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards

• Must be a team player and available for shift-based work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
