Elvora is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Florist to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideally suited for someone with a passion for floral design and luxury aesthetics. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in floral arrangement and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where elegance and customer satisfaction are key.

As part of our brand’s creative expression, the Florist will be responsible for designing bespoke flower arrangements, managing floral inventory, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver unforgettable gifting and event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and assemble fresh flower arrangements for clients and events

• Conceptualize unique floral designs for luxury gifting and custom setups

• Maintain top-quality inventory of flowers and supplies

• Collaborate with design, packaging, and customer service teams

• Uphold visual standards and ensure all designs align with the brand’s image

• Support in decorating spaces for corporate and private events

Qualifications:

• Immediate availability (preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in floral design or as a florist

• Strong understanding of color, composition, and flower care

• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines

• Positive, team-oriented attitude and a customer-first mindset

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in event styling or luxury gifting

• Basic photography and styling skills for content creation

• Familiarity with current floral trends in the UAE market
