Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Motion Designer fluent in Arabic to join our marketing team. This role demands a creative storyteller with expertise in motion graphics, video content, and sound design, ready to take on a leadership path as our team grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, 3D artists, and editors to deliver cohesive brand narratives

• Create compelling kinetic typography, smooth transitions, and emotionally engaging animations

• Translate complex concepts into visually engaging motion graphics

• Manage multiple projects and timelines ensuring timely, high-quality delivery

• Maintain consistent motion design language across all media platforms

• Provide creative input during campaign planning and brainstorming sessions

• Integrate voiceovers, sound effects, and background music to enhance videos and animations

• Edit and mix audio elements using tools such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, and Logic Pro for immersive soundscapes

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Over 10 years of design experience, including at least 5 years in motion design, animation, or visual storytelling

• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of 2D and 3D motion design projects

• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop

• Deep understanding of storytelling, timing, editing, and composition

• Experience with brand videos, UI animations, kinetic typography, and social media advertisements
