About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and service-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic team on a temporary contract at our Dubai Training Centre. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering top-tier training coordination and client support for aviation professionals across the region.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Coordinate global training events, validating prerequisites and ensuring client readiness
🔹 Manage regional client accounts and support contract compliance
🔹 Collaborate with the sales team on pricing, agreements, and payment follow-ups
🔹 Support client logistics: visas, accommodation, ticketing, and Marhaba services
🔹 Maintain and update client data in internal systems
🔹 Promote and upsell additional training modules
🔹 Provide on-ground assistance and ensure smooth client check-ins
🔹 Support revenue goals by nurturing long-term client relationships
🔹 Actively assist in prospecting new business opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Proven experience in customer-facing account management or training coordination
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
✅ Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
✅ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multinational environment
✅ Flexibility for occasional business travel within the UAE
✅ Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
