Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Culinary Trainer (Part-time) to lead and deliver engaging culinary arts training to aspiring chefs and hospitality professionals. If you’re an experienced chef with a passion for mentoring and want to share your culinary expertise in a vibrant learning environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

👩‍🍳 Deliver both practical and theoretical training in line with curriculum standards
📚 Prepare lesson plans, class materials, and student assessments
🔪 Teach essential culinary techniques, safety procedures, and kitchen etiquette
📝 Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
🧼 Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of training kitchen areas
🎓 Stay up to date on modern culinary trends and incorporate them into lessons
🥘 Support events such as cooking demos, workshops, and student competitions
🌟 Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional learning atmosphere

Requirements

✅ Strong background in Culinary Arts with professional kitchen experience
✅ Previous teaching or training experience preferred (not mandatory)
✅ Passion for education, mentoring, and culinary innovation
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Certification in Culinary Arts or a related field preferred
✅ Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
✅ Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
✅ Filipino nationals preferred, especially those familiar with Filipino cuisine and culture
