About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Executive in Dubai who is passionate about interior design, international markets, and luxury products. This role will contribute directly to Jaipur Rugs’ global expansion by building relationships with designers, architects, and corporate decision-makers, and generating impactful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads among interior designers, architects, and CXOs

• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and design professionals

• Present Jaipur Rugs’ portfolio and value proposition effectively

• Manage and grow a sales pipeline across the interior design and luxury retail sectors

• Prepare customized client proposals and negotiate terms to close deals

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction

• Conduct market research and deliver insights for strategic decision-making

Qualifications

✅ Proven experience in luxury product sales, interior design, or related industries
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✅ Strong business development and client engagement experience
✅ Familiarity with the interior design ecosystem in the UAE
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
✅ Proactive mindset with strong negotiation and follow-up skills
