Job Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a proven record in B2B business development, and a deep understanding of client relationship management — preferably in the facility management sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to fuel company growth

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans in line with business goals

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations

• Lead contract negotiations and close deals

• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Proven track record in business development and sales management
✅ Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
✅ Excellent analytical thinking and the ability to assess market potential
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
✅ Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)
✅ Prior experience in the facility management industry is a strong plus
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
