Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a client-focused, target-driven environment and have a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle property sales and leasing transactions from prospecting to closing.

• Provide expert market insights and investment advice to clients.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.

• Manage a property portfolio for maximum returns and client satisfaction.

• Conduct site visits, property showings, and negotiations.

• Stay updated with market trends, property laws, and real estate developments.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ UAE Real Estate License (Preferred)
✅ Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market and real estate trends
✅ Proven sales and customer service track record
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet or exceed targets
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred)
✅ Experience in property management is a plus
