This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone detail-oriented and passionate about data accuracy, finance processes, and system integrity.

You’ll work closely with both the finance and operations teams and gain hands-on experience in enterprise systems including Sage ERP, while contributing directly to the accuracy and integrity of business records across UAE and KSA jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and manage data with a high degree of precision and attention to detail.

• Support finance and operations teams in performing reconciliations.

• Build, maintain, and verify large data sets to ensure data integrity.

• Assist in generating reports and maintaining accurate records.

• Ensure accurate documentation and contribute to audit preparedness.

Skills You’ll Develop:

• Practical experience with Sage ERP systems.

• Deeper understanding of financial reconciliations and business reporting.

• Exposure to multi-jurisdictional operations (UAE and KSA).

• Ability to manage and validate large volumes of business-critical data.

• Insight into workflows of a multinational corporate structure.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Strong organizational and typing skills.

• Ability to work full-time in-office (Dubai).

• Immediate availability is mandatory.

• Candidates with an existing UAE visa are strongly preferred.
