Key Responsibilities:

• Support valuation of illiquid debt and equity securities for private equity, hedge funds, and institutional investors.

• Analyze financial statements, investment memos, and deal documentation.

• Build and review complex financial models using DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transactions.

• Conduct industry and market research using tools like Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and other databases.

• Identify and benchmark relevant public comparables and M&A transactions.

• Assist in preparing detailed valuation reports and client presentation materials.

• Engage with clients, auditors, and internal teams during valuation reviews and audit queries.

• Contribute to proposals, pitch decks, and internal knowledge-building initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (recent graduates preferred).

• Solid academic foundation, especially in accounting and financial analysis.

• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior internship or work experience in valuation, investment banking, or financial advisory (Big Four or similar).

• Progress toward CA, CFA, or equivalent certifications.

• Familiarity with financial databases such as Bloomberg and Capital IQ.

• Detail-oriented with strong work ethic and team collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of the Middle East market and Arabic proficiency is a plus.
