This 6-month, full-time, on-site internship in Dubai is designed for ambitious students and recent graduates ready to kickstart their careers in the fast-moving world of online food and delivery services.

Delivery Hero operates in over 70 countries and is headquartered in Berlin, Germany. talabat plays a key role in this global mission by delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the MENA region.

The talabatYouth program is your chance to gain real-world experience, rotate across teams, and be mentored by industry leaders. Successful interns will be considered for permanent positions starting in 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support digital tools and initiatives to enhance sales efficiency

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing partners

• Conduct business reviews and help optimize partner account performance

• Promote upselling, automation, and usage of new platform features

• Prepare reports and assist in contract discussions and negotiations

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or currently enrolled)

• Expected graduation year: 2024 or 2025

• Minimum GPA: 3.5

• Active involvement in extracurricular activities

• Prior internships are a plus

• Excellent communication skills and a feedback-oriented mindset
