About the Role:

Our client, a globally acclaimed real estate developer based in Dubai and known for creating iconic luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use communities, is seeking a visionary Senior Director of Infrastructure. In this critical leadership position, you will guide the strategic planning, design, and execution of large-scale masterplan developments, ensuring their seamless integration into Dubai’s evolving urban landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of major masterplan projects in Dubai, managing all infrastructure elements from initial concept to final handover.

• Oversee and coordinate with external consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure cohesive integration of infrastructure within the overall masterplan, covering utilities, transportation networks, public spaces, and sustainability initiatives.

• Serve as the main point of contact with government authorities and utility providers to secure approvals and ensure full compliance with local regulations.

• Provide strategic direction on project planning, budgeting, and risk management to achieve successful, timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.

• Over 20 years of proven experience in large-scale infrastructure or master planning projects.

• Mandatory experience within Dubai, with a thorough understanding of local regulations, approval processes, and market context.

• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading infrastructure design and delivery within large master-planned developments.

• Background working either client-side with a major real estate developer or within a top-tier engineering consultancy.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Salary:

AED 90,000 – 100,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
