Join a fast-expanding logistics and supply chain solutions provider serving retail, e-commerce, and industrial clients across the GCC. Based at our Dubai hub, the Logistics Coordinator ensures seamless coordination of shipments, documentation, stock management, and continuous process improvement across our multi-modal network.

Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily import, export, and domestic shipments for on-time pickup, clearance, and delivery.

• Prepare and validate shipping and customs documents (AWB, B/L, COO, SASO, invoices).

• Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and sales teams to resolve exceptions and optimize costs.

• Track stock levels and reconcile data in ERP/WMS, initiating replenishments as needed.

• Measure KPIs—OTIF, lead time, freight spend—and generate weekly reports.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives around routing, packaging, and carrier performance.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

• 3–5 years coordinating freight and customs in the UAE

• Expert familiarity with UAE import/export regulations and Incoterms

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/WMS systems

• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management

Preferred:

• Arabic language skills

• Experience in temperature-controlled or e-commerce logistics

• Certification such as CILT or APICS
