Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across various industries

• Source candidates using job portals, internal software, and referrals

• Maintain an organized candidate database and interview schedule

• Coordinate and arrange interviews between clients and candidates

• Take and relay feedback from both candidates and hiring managers

• Liaise with clients regarding job requirements, candidate profiles, salary, and experience fit

• Handle salary negotiation and offer management

• Manage candidate follow-ups from interview to onboarding stage

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience

• Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced consultancy environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
