Role and Responsibilities:

• Execute smoke, scripted, and exploratory test cases on mobile, web, and desktop platforms.

• Conduct functional, localization, regression, and payment testing to ensure quality standards.

• Reproduce, document, and report software bugs and risks clearly to development teams.

• Configure and prepare test environments as instructed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines and customer expectations.

• Design and optimize test data for various scenarios.

• Provide constructive feedback to improve test cases and processes.

• Stay updated on software testing methodologies and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Software Tester or similar role, with solid knowledge of software testing principles and tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Xray.

• Experience testing mobile and web applications; backend testing is a plus.

• Proficient in identifying and documenting software bugs.

• Ability to perform basic technical tasks like test data generation and log capturing.

• Experience working remotely in Agile teams with effective communication.

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Familiarity with API testing tools (Charles, Postman, Insomnia) is advantageous.

• Certifications like BBST or experience in scripting/programming are a plus but not mandatory.
