Citi, a global financial institution, is hiring a Private Banker at Director level to join its Wealth Management team in Dubai. This senior-level role involves managing ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client portfolios, delivering bespoke wealth management solutions, and driving strategic advisory across investment, liquidity, and risk management needs. The ideal candidate will already manage significant AuMs, demonstrate strategic leadership, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to UHNW clients with complex financial and business profiles.

• Anticipate client life and business events with significant financial impact and offer proactive guidance.

• Manage expectations and provide appropriate financial advice and execution strategies.

• Develop and implement long-term investment and financial planning solutions tailored to each client.

• Build and deepen existing client relationships while expanding through referrals and networking.

• Lead and collaborate with internal product teams to create customized wealth strategies.

• Manage portfolios in excess of USD 500 million and investment AuMs above USD 250 million.

• Ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory policies, and internal risk controls.

• Identify illegal or improper transactions and escalate as needed.

• Deliver a seamless client experience through coordination with global Citi teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Master’s degree preferred

Experience:

• 15+ years of Private Banking experience

• Proven track record in covering UHNW clientele

• Strong client network in the UAE and surrounding markets

• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow large AuMs and deliver revenue growth

• In-depth knowledge of global investment and financing products

• Experience in leading high-value client transactions and advisory initiatives
