Amida Group, a leading interior design and manufacturing firm in Dubai, is currently seeking a FF&E Designer with a strong passion for high-end residential interiors. As an FF&E Designer, you will be responsible for curating and implementing Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) concepts across bespoke residential projects. This includes sourcing luxury materials and furnishings, developing presentation boards, and overseeing project execution from concept through to installation. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure a seamless and detail-driven design process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and present FF&E concepts for high-end residential interiors

• Source luxury furnishings, fabrics, finishes, and materials

• Collaborate with designers and project managers to integrate FF&E elements into overall design plans

• Prepare detailed FF&E documentation, schedules, and specifications

• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to coordinate delivery and installation

• Attend site visits to ensure quality and design integrity during implementation

• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, luxury brands, and innovative materials

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

• Proven experience in high-end residential interior design, preferably in FF&E roles

• Strong eye for detail, color, texture, and material coordination

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite is essential

• Experience with 3D visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit) is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high level of professionalism
