Job Overview:
As a Waitress, you will be the face of the restaurant, providing attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests. While prior work experience in hospitality is not mandatory, the role requires a vibrant personality, a passion for food & beverage service, and basic service etiquette. This is an ideal opportunity for fresh hospitality graduates or energetic individuals eager to join the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a courteous and professional manner.

• Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently.

• Handle guest inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

• Adhere to restaurant policies and uphold service standards.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.

• Energetic, positive attitude with a vibrant and friendly personality.

• Basic knowledge of food service standards is a plus.

• Passion for the hospitality and F&B industry.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: AED 1,700 – AED 2,400/month

• Food Allowance: AED 375/month

• Service Charge (Average): AED 250 – AED 450/month
