Job Overview:
Justlife is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Partner to join their team in Dubai. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be the voice of the customer, handling inquiries, reviews, and complaints while ensuring an exceptional experience across every touchpoint. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate issues, find solutions, and improve customer satisfaction continuously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for incoming customer complaints, delivering professional and cheerful support.

  • Monitor and respond to reviews across platforms including Google Business, Google Play, and the App Store.

  • Initiate follow-up calls for unresolved or unclear inquiries.

  • Provide customers with real-time updates regarding booking status and confirmations.

  • Address and resolve complaints escalated from frontline support and social media platforms.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to investigate and resolve complex customer issues.

  • Perform root cause analysis and ensure long-term solutions are implemented.

  • Maintain accurate complaint logs and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in customer service.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
