Job Overview:
Capgemini Invent is seeking a highly strategic and forward-thinking AI Strategy Lead to join its Dubai team. This role will involve developing and driving artificial intelligence strategies for major clients in the Middle East, particularly in alignment with the UAE and KSA government AI visions. You will lead AI transformation initiatives, deliver impactful consulting engagements, and embed AI best practices into enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cutting-edge AI strategy frameworks tailored to clients in the Middle East.

• Interpret and align client AI strategies with regional visions, such as the UAE and KSA government AI roadmaps.

• Create actionable, client-specific AI roadmaps with prioritized initiatives and clear value propositions.

• Lead high-impact data and AI strategy engagements, focusing on measurable business outcomes.

• Promote adoption of AI tools, methodologies, and cultural integration of AI capabilities within organizations.

• Provide expert insight into emerging AI trends and technologies, translating them into business value.

• Offer strategic guidance to internal and external stakeholders on AI-driven transformations.

• Implement strong AI governance frameworks to manage risk, compliance, and ethics.

• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure alignment between strategy and scalable AI infrastructure.

• Continuously monitor the performance of AI initiatives and adapt strategies accordingly.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in consulting roles, particularly client-facing engagements.

• Exposure to or experience with projects in the Middle East is a strong advantage.

• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are a plus.
