Position: EMR Application Support Analyst & Trainer
Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 10,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

Join one of the world’s leading providers of dental and allied health EMR (Electronic Medical Records) software, supporting over 7,000 practices globally. As part of their expansion into the GCC region, our client is seeking an experienced Application Support & Training Specialist to provide first-line technical assistance, conduct user training, and foster strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
🔧 Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Act as the first point of contact for EMR-related issues, resolving software bugs, login/access errors, data discrepancies, or system performance challenges.

Troubleshoot modules like patient records, billing, e-prescriptions, and reporting.

Coordinate software updates, patches, and third-party integrations (HL7, lab interfaces, etc.) with minimal system disruption.

Maintain a documented knowledge base of FAQs and known issues for improved response time.
📚 Training & User Enablement

Design and deliver customized training programs to healthcare professionals, including front-desk teams, clinicians, and billing departments.

Conduct onboarding for new users and periodic refresher training to ensure optimal platform usage.

Develop user-friendly manuals, video tutorials, and help guides aligned with current EMR capabilities.

Collect user feedback to improve training strategies and recommend system enhancements.
🤝 Client Communication & Relationship Management

Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers on EMR best practices.

Notify clients of software updates, scheduled maintenance, or new features.

Conduct on-site visits when needed for training or client support across the GCC.
Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience supporting and training users on EMR or practice management systems.

Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and medical terminology.

Excellent interpersonal, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person training sessions.
