A leading fine dining restaurant in Dubai is looking to hire a courteous, detail-oriented, and experienced Cashier to manage customer transactions and support front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will have prior F&B cashier experience in Dubai and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant setting, including shisha service and graveyard shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Process orders and payments using POS systems accurately and efficiently

• Issue receipts, refunds, or change as needed

• Handle cash and card transactions responsibly and securely

• Reconcile cash drawer and generate end-of-day sales reports

• Coordinate with waiters and kitchen staff to ensure smooth order processing

• Address customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station

• Adhere to all restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and service protocols

Candidate Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier in a fine dining or F&B outlet in Dubai

• Proficiency in POS systems (Tally or Micros preferred)

• Strong numerical accuracy and communication skills

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Malayalam, Tamil, or Tagalog is mandatory

• Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage

• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Must be comfortable working in a shisha-serving restaurant
