Sembol Inşaat, a renowned global construction company, is seeking a Land Surveyor with a sharp eye for detail and strong technical expertise. The selected candidate will play a vital role in accurately measuring land and construction sites to support complex, high-profile projects across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate land and topographic surveys using GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD, and GIS tools

• Produce clear survey reports, maps, and documentation for project planning and execution

• Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver precise survey data

• Establish site control points and property boundaries based on legal documents and fieldwork

• Ensure full compliance with UAE laws, municipal regulations, and safety guidelines

• Calibrate and maintain surveying instruments to ensure optimal performance

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in site measurements and documentation

• Support site preparation and project layout stages with reliable data interpretation

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction-based land surveying, ideally within the UAE or GCC

• Hands-on experience with modern surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, GIS) and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D)

• Strong knowledge of UAE land laws, mapping regulations, and infrastructure requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work cross-functionally with engineering teams

• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and varied site conditions

• A valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage
