Art Nouveau Decor is seeking a Senior Procurement Officer with a proven track record in luxury retail fit-out procurement. This role is critical in sourcing high-end materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring all procurement aligns with brand quality standards, timelines, and budget expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Source premium materials (wood, glass, metal, bespoke fixtures) that meet luxury retail specifications.

• Supplier Management: Build relationships with global and local vendors, ensuring consistent quality, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery.

• Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage procurement budgets while upholding premium standards.

• Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure timely procurement aligned with project milestones.

• Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance and favorable terms.

• Quality Assurance: Enforce strict quality control and sustainability standards on all materials and services.

• Risk Mitigation: Proactively address risks like material delays or supply disruptions to avoid project delays.

• Market Intelligence: Research trends, new materials, and suppliers to keep projects innovative and exclusive.

• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date procurement records and generate regular reports on KPIs, cost savings, and vendor performance.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, UAE regulations, and international sourcing standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field

• 5–7 years’ experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in luxury retail fit-out or high-end construction

• Deep understanding of sourcing premium finishes and custom furnishings

• Proven negotiation skills and vendor management expertise

• Strong grasp of logistics, international trade, and supply chain strategies

• Familiarity with luxury retail brand design requirements and aesthetics

• Proficiency in procurement tools and ERP software

• Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills

• Strong ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
