Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Location: Dubai, UAE

An exceptional opportunity has opened for a highly experienced Executive Assistant seeking a part-time position in Dubai. You will be supporting the Managing Director of a US-based global real estate fund with investments across 15 countries. This is a high-level role requiring previous experience in asset management, hedge funds, or private equity at the C-suite level.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, high-volume inboxes, and global travel itineraries for the MD

  • Organize and coordinate investor roadshows across the GCC and Europe

  • Communicate with high-level investors, Managing Partners, and international stakeholders

  • Support executive meetings, calls, and documentation across global time zones

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

  • Utilize Salesforce for managing investor data and Concur for expense reporting

  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies such as DIFC and DFSA on administrative matters


Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in the asset management or hedge fund industry

  • Proven ability to work independently in a part-time, remote-support capacity

  • Strong communication skills with fluent spoken and written English; French is an advantage

  • Tech-savvy with expertise in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint), Salesforce, and Concur

  • Flexibility to support across time zones, including occasional late evenings due to U.S. coordination

  • Exceptional organizational skills and professionalism in working with high-profile stakeholders
