We are looking for an ambitious and service-oriented Real Estate Agent to join our Dubai-based team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, deep knowledge of the UAE property market, and a strong drive to connect clients with the perfect home or investment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify client needs and match them with appropriate property listings

• Arrange and conduct property viewings and open houses

• Provide expert advice on current market trends, legal requirements, and pricing strategies

• Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants

• Prepare contracts, MOUs, lease agreements, and ensure documentation is complete

• Maintain relationships with developers, landlords, and investors

• Update and manage property listings on CRM systems and real estate platforms

• Meet or exceed monthly sales/leasing targets and provide regular activity reports

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai or the wider UAE market

• Deep understanding of Dubai’s property laws, trends, and procedures

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills

• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Chinese, Spanish, or French are a plus

• Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate platforms like Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle

• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven with a commitment to outstanding customer service
