The AMG Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in EPC/EPCM projects within the oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will manage full project life cycles for upstream, midstream, and downstream initiatives—particularly in high-standard environments such as ADNOC projects across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of greenfield and brownfield oil & gas projects.

• Oversee project planning, scope development, budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling.

• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones in alignment with ADNOC standards and global codes (API, ASME, ISO).

• Implement and monitor HSE, risk mitigation, and cost-control measures.

• Lead the development and submission of technical and commercial proposals (RFQs/RFPs/ITBs).

• Interpret tender documents, build compliance matrices, and prepare executive summaries, technical write-ups, and pricing strategies.

• Participate in bid clarification meetings and client negotiations during pre- and post-bid phases.

• Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality, safety, and commercial efficiency across all phases.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related).

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector, with at least 5 years in project management roles.

• Proven track record managing EPC/EPCM projects in upstream, midstream, or downstream operations.

• Prior experience working on ADNOC or similar high-compliance projects in the Middle East is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
