We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Accounts and Finance Manager to join our fast-growing packaging services company in Dubai. This leadership role is ideal for a finance professional who excels in managing comprehensive financial operations while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting functions including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE financial laws and tax regulations.

• Develop and implement accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.

• Lead coordination with auditors and tax advisors for external audits and tax filings.

• Monitor daily cash flow and prepare financial forecasts to support operations.

• Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team to align with company objectives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial planning and decision-making.

• Drive process improvements and automation for greater efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CPA, ACCA, CMA preferred.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting management; experience in trading/logistics is advantageous.

• In-depth knowledge of IFRS, UAE tax laws, and financial compliance standards.

• Proficient with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).

• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Capable of working under pressure with a proactive problem-solving approach.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with all business units.
