• Lead Content Creation: Design engaging posts, stories, and Reels for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms, using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Plan & Publish: Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with property launches, events, and key campaigns.

• Write & Optimize: Craft compelling captions, research hashtags, schedule posts using tools like Meta Suite, Buffer, or Later, and optimize for engagement.

• Coordinate Internally: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to highlight key listings and brand news.

• Monitor & Innovate: Track trends and performance analytics, recommend new content ideas, and adjust strategies to maximize reach.

• Edit & Animate: Handle photo/video editing and create motion graphics or animations when needed.

• Engage Community: Manage social interactions—respond to DMs and comments to foster client engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.

• Proficient with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).

• Familiarity with real estate marketing is a strong plus.

• Excellent sense of visual aesthetics and attention to detail.

• Strong written communication in English (Arabic proficiency is advantageous).

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
