Position Summary:
KILONEWTONS is hiring a skilled Interior Designer with at least 3 years of experience to join their elite design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for concept development, 3D visualization, technical detailing, and execution management across a variety of luxury projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present creative concepts for luxury residential and commercial interiors

• Produce mood boards, FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) specifications, and material palettes

• Create detailed technical drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations)

• Generate photorealistic 3D renderings and design presentations

• Source and specify furnishings, materials, lighting, and accessories

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors

• Oversee design implementation from concept through to site execution

• Ensure compliance with client expectations, budgetary limits, and Dubai regulations

• Stay updated on interior trends, sustainable practices, and material innovations

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE or GCC interior design market

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Deep knowledge of materials, finishes, and bespoke furniture design

• Strong visualization and space planning skills

• Experience with high-end residential and hospitality projects is a must

• Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic is a plus

• Knowledge of Dubai building regulations and permitting processes

• Strong communication and presentation abilities
