About the Program – MADA National Leaders Pathways:
The MADA National Graduate Programme (NGP) is an 18-month initiative exclusively for UAE Nationals. It aims to nurture future leaders through immersive, real-world experience and strategic mentorship.

• Phase 1 (9 months): Three distinct 3-month cross-functional rotations.

• Phase 2 (9 months): Final strategic project assignment aligned with leadership development and real business challenges.
