Al Haktur IT Solutions is a trusted provider of innovative IT services and solutions in Dubai. As we grow, we’re looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, helping us create a positive and professional front-desk experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist all visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; direct them to the correct departments.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area aligned with our brand image.

Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments.

Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling.

Maintain visitor logs and issue access badges as needed.

Provide support to other departments with clerical duties as required.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; training in office administration is a plus.

1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally in a corporate or IT setting.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Professional appearance and a pleasant, welcoming attitude.

Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
