Role Overview:
We are seeking skilled and motivated F&B Service Experts to join our team as Waiters, Waitresses, or Cashiers in Dubai. This role is essential to delivering outstanding customer service and a positive dining experience within our restaurant environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and collaborating with kitchen and barista staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, take orders, and provide menu recommendations.

• Follow established service steps and SOPs as per company guidelines.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.

• Upsell and promote special menu items to customers.

• Maintain clean, organized work areas including waiter stations and storage.

• Address customer complaints or rejections promptly and effectively.

• Collaborate with team members, kitchen, and barista staff for seamless service.

• Process transactions accurately—issue receipts, accept payments, and return change.

• Clean tables, counters, and work surfaces regularly to uphold hygiene standards.

• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and grooming guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality or restaurant industry within the UAE.
