Role Overview:
Aura Skypool is seeking a highly professional and dedicated Floor Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations and ensure exceptional service delivery in a fast-paced, luxury environment. The Supervisor will manage front-line staff, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and attend to VIP guests, upholding the highest standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily floor operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and consistent high service standards.

• Lead, motivate, and provide hands-on guidance to front-line staff.

• Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring satisfaction and swift resolution.

• Collaborate with management on staffing, training, and operational improvements.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all areas.

• Maintain a luxury ambiance aligned with the Aura brand and vision.

• Support event setups, VIP arrangements, and special requests with efficiency and discretion.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven supervisory or team leader experience in high-end hospitality, food & beverage, or leisure sectors.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

• Well-groomed and professional appearance.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
