Job Title: AC Technician 

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable AC Technician to join our team in Dubai. This full-time position is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across residential and commercial sites. You will play a key role in ensuring optimal HVAC performance, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and repair split, window, central, and VRF/VRV AC systems

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems

• Perform regular cleaning, adjustments, and warranty services

• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and UAE regulations

• Deliver technical guidance and on-site support to customers

• Maintain daily service logs and technical reports

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures during installations and repairs

Required Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related field

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in AC installation and maintenance

• Solid knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and HVAC tools

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

• Physically fit and capable of working independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• HVAC certification or equivalent industry credentials

• Experience with smart AC systems or BMS (Building Management Systems) integration

• Prior experience in the UAE construction industry is a plus
