Job Title: Maintenance Director 

Job Description:

A prestigious Dubai-based luxury yacht service company is seeking an experienced and strategic Maintenance Director to oversee mechanical, electrical, and structural maintenance operations across its fleet. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, budgeting, and project management skills, with a solid background in dry dock, refit, and shipyard operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all systems onboard (mechanical, electrical, and structural)

• Supervise and manage maintenance teams, including engineers, technicians, and external contractors

• Prepare, monitor, and control the annual maintenance budget, including approval of expenses for parts, services, and equipment

• Ensure full compliance with international maritime regulations and safety standards in all maintenance activities

• Oversee dry dock and refit schedules, ensuring timely completion and quality standards

• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed

• Coordinate with procurement teams for sourcing high-quality marine parts and technical services

• Salary: Up to AED 30,000 all-inclusive (based on experience and qualifications)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Open to candidates from India, Egypt, and Lebanon

• Male, aged 50 years or below

• Strong expertise in budgeting, cost estimation, and resource allocation

• Proven background in dry dock, shipyard, and refit operations

• Previous experience with superyachts, mega yachts, or commercial marine vessels is a distinct advantage

• Excellent leadership, coordination, and technical reporting skills
