Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing initiatives for multiple Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience managing aggregator platforms like Talabat, Noon Foods, Careem, and Deliveroo and a strong background in digital strategy, campaign execution, and conversion funnel optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the P&L and marketing strategy across multiple QSR brands, ensuring profitable growth

Lead consumer research and brand immersion activities, including RPI benchmarking

Plan and execute high-impact digital campaigns on aggregator platforms (Talabat, Careem, Noon Foods, Deliveroo) to boost brand visibility and order volume

Develop bundling strategies (combos, upselling, add-ons) to drive increased Average Order Value (AOV) and Contribution Margin

Optimize conversion funnels through strategic digital investments and performance tracking

Leverage platform toolkits including sponsored listings, dashboards, and analytics for continuous campaign improvement

Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate CRM initiatives, influencer campaigns, and localized performance strategies across the MENA region

Qualifications:
-
Age: 39 years old or below
-
Minimum 4 years of digital/performance marketing experience, including 2+ years with aggregator platforms or digital marketplaces

Strong understanding of aggregator ecosystems, campaign tools, and analytics dashboards

Proven experience in QSR, cloud kitchens, or food/retail aggregators in the MENA region

Exposure to influencer-led campaigns, CRM integration, and performance marketing strategies is a plus
