Marriott International is seeking a courteous and professional Doorman to join their team at La Ville Hotel & Suites CITY WALK Dubai, part of the Autograph Collection. This full-time, on-site role involves providing exceptional guest service by greeting and escorting guests, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors. The Doorman plays a key role in representing Marriott’s hospitality standards and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, assist with luggage transport to/from guest rooms or bell areas.

• Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property.

• Inform guests about hotel amenities, services, hours of operation, and local attractions.

• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles, and assist with luggage storage and retrieval.

• Arrange and record transportation requests such as taxis, shuttles, and limousine services.

• Communicate parking procedures to guests.

• Maintain professional personal appearance and follow company policies and procedures.

• Monitor property premises for security and safety concerns.

• Provide assistance to guests with disabilities and ensure all guests feel welcomed and valued.

• Use clear, professional communication and appropriate telephone etiquette.

• Perform physical tasks including standing or walking for extended periods, moving/lifting objects (up to 50 pounds alone, heavier with assistance), navigating uneven surfaces, bending, and stooping.

• Perform other duties as requested by supervisors.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.

• No prior related work experience or supervisory experience required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role.

• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
