With monthly revenues in the multiple seven-figure range, we are scaling quickly and looking for top-tier performance talent to join our journey to eight figures and beyond.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performance YouTube Media Buyer to lead and scale our paid acquisition campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, YouTube (VSLs), and Performance Max. You’ll be working at the heart of our growth engine, owning large-scale budgets and driving performance in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize YouTube, Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns

  • Manage high-spend VSL campaigns with a goal of exceeding $20K/day while maintaining ROAS

  • Run and optimize mobile app user acquisition campaigns via Applovin

  • Analyze campaign performance, identify inefficiencies, and make strategic adjustments

  • Collaborate closely with creative, copywriting, and funnel teams for iterative testing

  • Develop and maintain scalable campaign structures and reporting dashboards

  • Partner with Google and Applovin reps to unlock new growth strategies

  • Continuously test creative angles, audiences, landing pages, and video content


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Google Ads/YouTube media buying

  • Track record of scaling VSL campaigns and managing 6- to 7-figure monthly ad budgets

  • Strong grasp of direct response advertising principles

  • Familiarity with Applovin is a strong advantage

  • Expert knowledge of YouTube targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization

  • Hands-on mindset with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making

  • Excellent collaboration skills with creative and funnel teams

  • Self-starter who thrives in a high-performance, results-oriented environment
