We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for candidates passionate about architectural rendering and visual storytelling. You will play a key role in bringing real estate projects to life through high-quality 3D renders and immersive walkthroughs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce photorealistic 3D renders and walkthrough animations for real estate developments

• Collaborate closely with design, architecture, and marketing teams to visualize concepts accurately

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate, architecture, or interior visualization

• Expert proficiency in the following software tools:

  • 3ds Max

  • Lumion

  • V-Ray

  • Corona Renderer

  • D5 Render (mandatory)

• Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic renders, animations, and walkthroughs

• Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines
