Chef Middle East, a leading foodservice company in the region, is seeking a Junior Designer to join its dynamic marketing team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position that offers a fantastic opportunity for a creative professional to shape the brand’s visual identity across digital and print platforms. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and execution of sales collateral, digital content, packaging, video production, and corporate branding tools — supporting the overall marketing strategy and storytelling efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging marketing and sales materials including:

  • Product e-catalogues (seasonal, category, solution-based)

  • Print catalogues, brochures, packaging, private label logos

  • Event branding and promotional collaterals

• Contribute to the optimization of the company’s digital presence through:

  • Web design updates and banners

  • Google Ads creatives

  • Web-based user interface enhancements

• Produce and edit high-quality visual and video content that supports brand storytelling across social media channels.

• Assist in managing a creative content calendar across various platforms including:

  • Blog posts

  • Social media content

  • Reports and newsletters

• Develop and refine corporate branding tools such as:

  • Company presentation decks

  • Email signatures

  • Business cards and internal newsletters

  • Corporate reports

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support non-design-related activities and strategic initiatives.

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative planning processes.

• Assist in photography and videography efforts for marketing use.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing illustrations and branded content.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

• Proficient in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

• Experience in the food industry is a plus.

• Skills in photography/videography and 3D rendering are advantageous.
