Unilever is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven B&W Sales Analyst to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a motivated professional passionate about analyzing sales performance, identifying market trends, and driving business insights. Working across departments like sales, marketing, and finance, the Sales Analyst will help shape strategic decisions and enhance sales outcomes in the Beauty & Wellbeing (B&W) category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

    • Track sell-in/sell-out data from retail, e-commerce, and distributors across the Arabia region.

    • Create dashboards to visualize sales trends, promotional effectiveness, and seasonal demand.

  • Market & Consumer Insights:

    • Analyze market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.

    • Provide insight into product performance across regions and customer segments.

    • Identify emerging trends and make recommendations for category development.

  • Promotional & Campaign Analysis:

    • Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of marketing promotions and in-store activations.

    • Track campaign performance with key retail partners.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Support executive decision-making with ad-hoc reports and business insights.

    • Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, and marketing teams for aligned execution.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a sales analyst or business analyst role.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive independently and within a collaborative, fast-paced team.
