Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Global Ecommerce Specialist to support our marketplace and direct-to-consumer (D2C) operations. This entry-level role offers global exposure, rapid career growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment based in Dubai Internet City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Ecommerce team in daily marketplace and D2C order management, tracking order statuses, and addressing customer inquiries.

• Coordinate logistics with 3PLs, carriers, and warehouses; support contingency plans for delays.

• Support product catalogue migration, validate data imports, and conduct routine catalogue audits.

• Prepare product listing drafts and ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines.

• Coordinate small-scale A/B tests and prepare performance reports on key metrics.

• Handle admin tasks including scheduling, dashboard updates, and SOP documentation.

• Liaise with Creative, Legal, and Localization vendors to meet launch deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in ecommerce operations or marketplace support.

• Understanding of marketplace policies, SEO basics, and product data structures.

• Experience in customer support or order management processes.

• Proficiency in Excel for data tracking and analysis.

• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:

• Familiarity with translation/localization workflows.

• Basic knowledge of international logistics and customs procedures.

• Hands-on experience with seller/vendor central portals.
