Job Description:
Eyeiz is seeking a compassionate and skilled Group Behaviour Therapist for a part-time, per-session position based in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will lead structured small-group sessions focused on enhancing social, emotional, and behavioral skills in children using evidence-based strategies in a collaborative, play-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct small group sessions (2–5 children) targeting behavior and social-emotional development.

• Implement structured and play-based activities that encourage communication, problem-solving, and self-regulation.

• Utilize positive behavior support techniques to maintain engagement and progress.

• Document individual and group progress and share insights with the therapeutic team.

• Work collaboratively with other therapists and educators to tailor sessions to group dynamics.

• Ensure a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for all participants.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational background in Psychology, Special Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience working with children in group or therapeutic settings.

• Solid understanding of behavior management techniques and group facilitation.

• Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Creative, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset.

• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism, ADHD, or similar developmental needs is a strong plus.
