Job Description:
SajiFarming is looking for a dedicated and experienced Natural Farming Farmer to manage on-site farm operations in line with organic and natural farming methods. This full-time role is ideal for individuals who have hands-on experience in integrated farming practices, particularly in poultry and goat management, as well as sustainable fodder cultivation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a farm practicing natural and organic farming techniques.

• Manage a chicken coop housing 50 hens and a goat barn for up to 50 goats.

• Cultivate and maintain fodder crops to support both poultry and cattle needs.

• Supervise and implement composting processes and maintain a BSLF (Bacterial Solution Liquid Fertilizer) unit.

• Ensure animal welfare and proper housing, feeding, and healthcare for livestock.

• Maintain farm hygiene and safety standards.

• Report regularly on livestock productivity and crop health.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in natural/organic farming methods.

• Hands-on knowledge of small-scale poultry and goat management.

• Familiarity with composting techniques and BSLF unit maintenance.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and/or Hindi.

• Strong physical stamina, problem-solving skills, and a passion for sustainable farming.
