Position Summary:
Nestlé Health Science & Nutrition is currently looking for a Marketing Intern based in Dubai, UAE. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to support various marketing activities such as data analysis, packaging development, campaign planning, and internal collaboration. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for marketing in the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Score Cards and Market Analysis:

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and score cards to monitor Nestlé’s market position.

• Conduct gain and loss analysis.

• Build and maintain dashboards and score cards to track business performance.

🔹 Packaging Development Support:

• Liaise between marketing and production teams for packaging development.

• Ensure all packaging requirements are communicated clearly and executed properly.

🔹 Cross-Functional Exposure:

• Assist with development of marketing toolkits in coordination with agencies.

• Support innovation and communication strategies.

• Contribute to e-commerce projects and digital campaigns.

• Help plan and execute social media and influencer marketing initiatives.

🔹 Internal Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different departments and geographies within Nestlé Health Science.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

✔ Degree in Marketing or a related field
✔ Prior experience or coursework in digital marketing and social media (preferred)
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint essential)
✔ Quick to adapt, eager to learn, and proactive
✔ Entrepreneurial and resourceful mindset
✔ Fluency in Arabic and English is required
