Job Title: Finance Manager
Job Description:
We are currently hiring on behalf of a globally recognized media and technology firm for the position of Finance Manager in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled finance professional to take charge of the end-to-end finance function, ensuring cross-border compliance, financial integrity, and strategic insight in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
About the Company:

With operations across multiple regions, the finance team is a key contributor to business success through accurate reporting, strategic planning, and global coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all day-to-day accounting and financial operations

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with UAE regulations and internal policies

Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts and provide financial insights for decision-making
-
Manage cash flow forecasting to ensure liquidity and sound financial planning
-
Handle cross-country financial consolidation for multi-jurisdictional reporting
-
Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of intercompany transactions
-
Conduct variance analysis and identify cost-saving or efficiency improvement opportunities
-
Coordinate with external auditors for seamless audits and timely resolution of queries
-
File accurate VAT returns in accordance with UAE regulatory requirements
-
Manage banking relationships, documentation, and financial facilities
-
Lead and mentor a small team of junior finance professionals, fostering accountability and growth
Candidate Profile:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
-
Around 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
-
CA qualification is strongly preferred
-
Prior work experience in the UAE is a major advantage
-
Solid knowledge of accounting standards, VAT regulations, and internal controls
-
Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical thinking, communication, and organizational skills

Demonstrated experience in team leadership and mentoring
