Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant 

Job Description:

Ambex Trading is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for efficient office operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling a range of administrative and executive support duties that keep our operations running smoothly. If you are proactive, articulate, and tech-savvy, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and executive assistance

  • Answer and manage phone calls professionally, maintaining excellent phone etiquette

  • Handle communication, scheduling, and office correspondence

  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

  • Coordinate office operations and support day-to-day workflow

  • Maintain accurate records and support internal reporting needs

  • Use MS Office Suite for word processing, spreadsheet management, and presentations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in office administration

  • Strong administrative, clerical, and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

  • Attention to detail with a proactive mindset

  • Associate’s degree or certification/diploma in a related field is a plus

  • Preferred age: 22 years

  • Mid-career professionals based in the United Arab Emirates
