Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative and executive assistance

Answer and manage phone calls professionally, maintaining excellent phone etiquette

Handle communication, scheduling, and office correspondence

Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

Coordinate office operations and support day-to-day workflow

Maintain accurate records and support internal reporting needs

Use MS Office Suite for word processing, spreadsheet management, and presentations
Required Skills & Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in office administration

Strong administrative, clerical, and organizational skills

Excellent communication and phone etiquette

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Attention to detail with a proactive mindset

Associate’s degree or certification/diploma in a related field is a plus
